Terms of Service

Last updated: August 9, 2026

This is a general-purpose template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by counsel before you rely on it for a live product.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ArsenalData's fire, permit, violation, or eviction feeds (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. What the Service is

ArsenalData monitors publicly filed government records — fire and EMS dispatch, building permits, code violations, and eviction filings — and delivers them to you enriched with property and ownership detail sourced from public record. We do not generate, alter, or verify the underlying government filings; we read and organize what agencies already publish.

3. Accounts and billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the plan rate shown at signup unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Skip-trace lookups and other metered features are billed per use, in addition to your base subscription.
  • You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute the raw feed to third parties outside your organization without a separate data license; use the Service to build a competing product; scrape or bypass rate limits; or use any record we provide in a way that violates applicable solicitation, licensing, or consumer-protection law in your state. You are solely responsible for how you contact the people in these records — see our compliance guide for a starting point.

5. Data accuracy

Records are sourced from public agency filings and third-party property data providers and may contain errors, omissions, or delays introduced by the originating source. The Service is provided "as is" for lead-generation purposes; verify any record before acting on it in a way that has legal, financial, or safety consequences.

6. Intellectual property

The ArsenalData product, including its software, design, and any original enrichment logic, is our property. The underlying public records are not — they belong to the public.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArsenalData is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from inaccurate records, missed leads, or solicitation activity you conduct based on data we provide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or activity that puts other users or the integrity of the Service at risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
