Live fire leads, minutes after the call comes in.
We read fire and EMS dispatch across your territory every five minutes, then attach the owner's name, mailing address, equity position and mortgage detail before the lead reaches you.

this is what a lead looks like
Three redacted leads from real incidents.
Names and addresses are shown in full to subscribers. This is the data you get on every qualified structure fire.
agencies we monitor
Check your territory before you spend a dollar.
Enter your service area and we'll show you two numbers: every fire and EMS call in the last 30 days, and how many were confirmed structure fires worth a phone call.
one feed, the whole territory
Everything you need to call a lead before anyone else does.
One dispatch feed, enriched with the ownership and equity data investors already pay for, filtered down to the incidents actually worth a phone call.
Structure fires only
Confirmed and working structure fires. Appliance calls and false alarms are filtered out before they reach you.
Five-minute detection
Every agency in your territory, re-read every five minutes. Faster than finding out when a competitor's quote lands.
Owner name and mailing address
Pulled from public record, included in every plan. No skip trace needed just to learn who owns the property.
Estimated equity
Property value minus outstanding mortgage balance, so you know who can afford the job before you knock.
Mortgage and lien detail
Loan amount, lender, recording date and involuntary liens — the same fields PropStream charges for, tied to a live fire.
Property characteristics
Beds, baths, square footage, year built and construction type. Scope the job before you dispatch a crew.
Absentee owner flag
We compare the mailing address to the property address for free, so you can spot a landlord before spending a skip-trace credit.
Skip trace on demand
Reveal a phone number or email per lead, not per plan. You pay only for the contacts you actually pull.
Push alerts
Text and email the moment an incident qualifies — on your phone, not in a dashboard you forget to open.
One fire, more than one job
The same incident supports restoration, board-up and contents crews. Non-competing trades, one lead.
Market status
Off market, recently sold, or listed, where available. Context on the property before the first call.
Call type and alarm level
Units dispatched and alarm level as a severity signal, so you can prioritize the calls that turn into real jobs.
Live coverage checker
See 30-day incident counts for your territory before you commit to a founding rate.
Territory by service radius
Sold by how far you actually drive, not by county line. Shared or exclusive.
Real sample records
Three full redacted leads from your own market, so you can check the data before you see a price.
why we built this
A scanner tells you where. We tell you who, and whether they can pay for it.
We are not going to beat a live radio scanner on raw seconds, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we beat them on is everything that happens after the address arrives.
| ArsenalData Fire | Traditional scanner apps | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | Published, self-serve checkout | Custom quote, sales call required |
| Raw detection speed | 5-minute polling | Faster — live radio monitoring |
| Owner & equity data | Included on every lead | Address and call type only |
| Mortgage & lien detail | Full loan history included | Not available |
| Skip tracing | On demand, pay per lead | Bundled at enterprise pricing, if offered |
| Setup time | Live same day, no onboarding call | Sales cycle, account setup |
| Contract | Month to month, or a founding annual rate you keep | Annual contract typical |
One closed job pays for years of this.
Restoration companies already pay $75 to $900 for a single exclusive fire lead from pay-per-lead services — before seeing the property, the owner, or whether the job is affordable.
buying these as exclusive pay-per-lead leads
At $350 per exclusive lead — the industry average for a phone-verified fire lead, with no ownership or equity data attached.
revenue projection
At a 12% close rate, 10 leads/month = 14 jobs/year. At $9,200 avg job value, that is $128,800 in annual revenue for a $41/mo cost.
3-year total cost
↘ you save over 3 years
And every lead carries ownership and equity data those services don't provide at all.
Based on published per-lead pricing from restoration lead-gen services, not a specific vendor quote. Subscription figure shown at the monthly rate.
public record, plainly sourced
Every field comes from a dispatch feed or a public property record.
Public dispatch data
Read from agency CAD feeds, not a scanner.
Public property records
Owner, equity and mortgage data — not a private database.
No long-term contract
Cancel monthly plans anytime, no penalty.
Skip trace is opt-in
You are never billed for a lookup you didn't ask for.
built in the open
What's live right now, across both feeds.
No invented dates and no roadmap theater. This is the current state of the build.
one rate, locked in
Own your territory's fire feed. Keep your rate, year after year.
Territories are priced on measured incident volume and average property value in your service area — not population estimates. Skip tracing is billed separately, so you only pay for contacts you pull.
| Territory tier | What it means | Founding rate |
|---|---|---|
| Low | Lower incident volume or property value | $497/yr |
| Medium | Typical metro service radius | $697/yr |
| High | High volume or high property value | $997/yr |
Run the coverage checker to see which tier your territory lands in before you buy.
Renew without a gap and your founding rate never moves. Cancel and come back later and you re-enter at whatever the rate is then.
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
The same full feed, billed month to month. Rate varies by territory tier.
Phone and email lookups, requested one lead at a time. Never bundled into your subscription.
Territories are shared by default. If you want to be the only buyer in your radius, we price that separately.
Also chasing permit work in Indianapolis?
The permit feed runs on the same login and pushes into the same CRM — building permits, code violations and eviction filings across Marion County.
questions, answered
What restoration companies and adjusters ask us.
Is this data actually public record?
Yes. Incident data comes from public fire and EMS dispatch feeds. Ownership, mailing address, equity and mortgage detail come from public property records. Skip-traced phone and email are the only fields that require a paid lookup, and that's on request.
How is this different from a scanner app?
A scanner app monitors radio traffic and hands you an address. We read dispatch data and attach owner name, equity, mortgage and property detail to every qualified incident. We are not faster than a live scanner — we are more complete, and you can buy it without a sales call.
Is skip tracing included?
No, and that's deliberate. Skip tracing is billed per lead you choose to reveal, so you are never paying for contacts you don't use. Every plan includes the full data feed; credits are bought separately.
What if my territory doesn't have much fire volume?
Run the coverage checker first — it shows 30-day incident counts for any territory, so you see real volume before buying. If it turns out thin after purchase, contact us within 30 days for a refund.
Can I contact a homeowner right after a fire?
It depends on your state and your license. Several states restrict solicitation while emergency personnel are on scene or within a set window after a disaster declaration, and public adjusters have separate waiting periods. Our compliance guide covers what applies where you work, but the rules are yours to follow.
Do you sell the same lead to my competitor?
Territories are shared by default, but one fire supports several non-competing trades — restoration, board-up, and contents crews all want the same incident for different reasons. If you want to be the only buyer in your radius, exclusive access is priced separately.
